🐱 The Catsbury Park Cat Convention last week was such a blast! So many wonderful organizations, talented artists and delicious food vendors all together for the kitties 😻 😻 Thank you to everyone who stopped by, chatted with us and purchased my cat goodies – hope you enjoy them! 😹 I got some special requests and plan to add them to my shop soon! Here are some photos of my booth and my favorite moments below. 😃 Also, in honor of the success, I was able to donate $40 to Caring About the Strays emergency vet bills. They are a non-profit near my hometown working to find forever homes for abandoned, unwanted, neglected, or abused companion animals in the Pascack Valley area. 🐱
Catsbury Convention Favorite Moments:
🐱 Meeting another woman named Lisette who also goes by the nickname, Lee. We bonded over people mispronouncing our name and of course we had to get a photo together.
🐱 Watching one of @daimonalexandrius cats find a portrait of his great-grandfather!
🐱 Listening to people’s different reactions to my work and booth ranging from “That’s cool!” to “That’s creepy!” 😮
🐱 Feasting on Freakin’ Vegan‘s Buffalo Chick’n Mac-n-Cheese and delicious empanadas.
🐱 Meeting many wonderful cat lovers like a lovely woman whose last time at the Convention Hall was in 82′ to see The Clash – how cool!
🐱 … and the Cutest Customer award goes to an adorable 2 year old girl. She had a hard time deciding between the “Intellecat” Little Kids Tee and the “I Love My Cat” Little Kids Tee but after some contemplating, she made her choice. She was very independent and insisted on bagging her new tee herself and then proceeded to walk off with her LisetteArt Shop bag on her arm.
🐱 Hope to see you next year!
